This 3/4 violin has been completely re-worked by Thurmond.  The top, back and ribs were re-graduated to normal thicknesses, and the instrument was set-up and adjusted to give it solo quality.  It has phenomenal projection and as a solo instrument can easily soar over a 50 piece orchestra.  The top is of medium grained spruce with a center join, and the back is one-piece lightly flamed maple.  The violin is in excellent condition.  Price: $2400.

The violin was sold to Broc Brockway in Council Bluffs, Iowa, to be used by his granddaughter.
