Alyssa, my first violin
| Alyssa, dedicated to the memory of Alyssa Elaine LaFrance, is modeled after Stradivarius. She was my first violin, completed under the direction of my teacher, Karl Roy. I sold her to a champion fiddler, Tom Wilkinson in 1989. He played her for a number of years, and then sold her to a dealer, who in turn sold her to Dave and Cindy Poplawski who own two more of my violins, Emma and Mona. |
