This instrument is in mint perfect condition, modeled after Strad and made in 2002.  The two piece back is from some of the most beautiful Bosnian maple available anywhere.  The two piece spruce top is of straight even and medium grain.  The sides and neck/scroll are of the same maple as the back.  The craftsmanship of this violin is unequaled for a modern instrument.  The sound is warm and full, for ensemble playing.
