Johannes Baptista Guadagnini 1736 violin copy, probably made in Bavaria circa 1875.  The instrument has a two piece spruce top, with even straight grain, and a two piece back of well flamed maple.  The violin is in excellent condition, and has a very warm full tone with excellent projection.
