Guarneri Model Violin

This violin was modeled after those made by Guarneri del Gesu.  It has a two piece spruce top of fine even grain, and a one piece highly figured maple back.  The varnish is chocolate brown and in good condition.  The instrument was restored in September 2020 by Thurmond Knight.  The tone is warm and well rounded with a very good high end.  Sale price: $575.
