Modeled after Guarneri del Gesu’, this violin was commissioned by Dr. Sally Schlueter in 2005. Sally is the sole owner, and would like me to find the instrument a good home as she is no longer able to play due to a hand injury. The violin is a solo instrument with a very large all encompassing sound filled with a multitude of colors and excellent projection. The lower end is a wonderful warm viola like sound, and the top end is large and golden in character. The violin is in mint condition and presently set up with Obligato strings. Price: $12,000.
